Parent Education Night (CAS), Feb. 17th at 7pm
Please join us on Wednesday, February 17, at 7:00pm in the DMHS Cafeteria for an informative talk about CAS, with some additional information provided on the EE and TOK. These are integral components of the IB program.
CAS: Creativity, Action, Service. CAS hours bring the junior and senior IB students out of the classroom to participate in creative projects, action-oriented activities, and community service. We will explain how this all works.
EE: Extended Essay. The Extended Essay is the IB student’s senior project. The process starts in the second semester of junior year and is completed by the end of the first semester of senior year.
TOK: Theory of Knowledge. This is a senior year class that explores the philosophy of learning.
